Where to write
Support
support@stack0.devAnything that is not working: failed sends, upload errors, jobs that never finish, API responses you did not expect. Include your organization slug, the project, the environment, and a request ID if you have one. That usually turns a round trip into an answer.
Typical reply: Within one business day
Sales
hello@stack0.devVolume pricing, invoicing instead of card payment, a security review before you sign, or a question about whether Stack0 fits what you are building. Tell us the products you need and roughly what volume.
Typical reply: Within two business days
Security
security@stack0.devVulnerability reports and anything touching the security of the platform. We do not run a paid bounty programme, but we acknowledge every report, keep you updated while we fix it, and credit you if you want the credit.
Typical reply: Within one business day
Billing
billing@stack0.devInvoices, receipts, tax details, plan changes, and refunds. Most of this is self-serve in the dashboard under Settings, so check there first: you can change plan, download every past invoice, and update your tax ID without waiting on us.
Typical reply: Within two business days
Privacy
privacy@stack0.devData access, export, and deletion requests, plus data processing agreements. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we store and for how long.
Typical reply: Within 30 days, as the policy requires

Check the status page
If several things fail at once, the status page will say so before an email would.
Search the documentation
Error codes, rate limits, authentication, and a guide per product and per framework.
Read the error reference
Every error code the API returns, what causes it, and what to change.
Logged in already? The dashboard shows per-request logs for every product, so you can often see the failing request and its error before you write to us.
